Editorial summary

This modelling study uses INCHEM-Py to examine ozone and hydrogen peroxide deposition onto surfaces in representative bedroom, kitchen and office environments. It explores how material selection and surface reactions influence indoor oxidant removal and secondary aldehyde concentrations. Under the simulated conditions, surfaces account for most oxidant deposition. The reference list includes the FLEC emission-cell study by Klenø and colleagues on ozone removal by selected building products.
