Information you provide
Flec.com does not use account registration or an online checkout. When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact information and message content needed to answer your enquiry, provide technical guidance, prepare a quotation, fulfil an order or support an existing customer relationship.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content. Analytics storage is denied by default and is activated only after you select “Accept analytics”. If you decline, analytics remains disabled. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under flec-analytics-consent.
When accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* and process technical information including pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA using applicable transfer safeguards. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website.
Operational data
The website and its hosting providers may process limited technical logs, including IP address, request time and browser information, to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose technical faults.
Legal basis and retention
Enquiries and customer communication are processed to take steps at your request, perform a contract or pursue our legitimate interest in providing support and operating the business. Consent is the legal basis for optional analytics. We retain information only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and for any applicable accounting, warranty or legal obligations.
Sharing and your rights
We use service providers only where necessary for hosting, email, analytics and business administration. We do not sell personal data. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time and may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
